Short Stories
Andrea’s short stories have appeared in a number of anthologies.

See ‘Death by Memoir’, a Jade Riley short story in Beaches and Trails Publishing’s cozy mystery anthology, Signed, Sealed… Deceased.

Her stand alone short story, ‘The Value of a Sapphire’ is in Mirror World Publishing’s anthology, Against All Odds. See her interview with them about this story.

Check out ‘Christmas Charades’, a short story longlisted in Mansfield Readers & Writers anthology, Heart.
Expat Anthologies
Writing as Jo Demmer, with Gail G Collins, Andrea created two anthologies set in expatriate destinations to paint a picture for potential expats, and friends and families of current expats.

Nigerian Gems: Expatriate Tales of Adventure (2005) was published by the Ishahayi Beach School Foundation (IBSF), now the Shining Light Beach School Foundation to raise money for a school in a remote area outside Lagos. Over 40 expats contributed stories or photos to this collection of stories about expat life in Nigeria.

Papua New Guinea Pearls: An Expatriate Perspective (2012) was commissioned by ExxonMobil to recount anecdotes about life in PNG for people to picture themselves living, working and playing in The Land of the Unexpected.
